  • Usercentrics: Cookie consent management.
  • TrustPilot: Widget for displaying verified reviews.
  • Telegram Widget & Call: Interacting with the chat widget or the call button redirects you to the Telegram platform. Use of these features is subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
  • Remote Assistance (RustDesk): The remote assistance service is provided through a self-hosted instance of the open-source RustDesk software, hosted directly on the Controller's systems. No video or remote-control data passes through third-party servers, ensuring full sovereignty and confidentiality of the session.
  • Google Fonts, Font Awesome & Bootstrap Icons: Used for displaying fonts and icons, loaded from Google's servers (Google Fonts) and from content delivery networks (Cloudflare/jsDelivr CDN) of Font Awesome and Bootstrap Icons. Loading these scripts may involve transmitting the user's IP address to the respective providers.
  • Google Calendar (Appointment Booking): The "Book a Call" page embeds a Google Calendar booking form via iframe. By interacting with the calendar, the data entered (name, email, time) is processed directly by Google LLC according to its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
